Bootyhub provides services intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate. You agree NOT to use Bootyhub to:

  • Upload images of minors or any individuals under the age of 18.
  • Generate non-consensual deepfakes of real people where prohibited by law.
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or use automated bots to abuse our APIs or bypass rate limits.

We reserve the right to ban accounts and block IPs that violate these rules without warning or refund.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. By generating content using our AI tools, you are granted a license to use the generated outputs for personal purposes.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All transactions on Bootyhub are made using cryptocurrency via third-party gateways. Due to the high computational costs associated with GPU processing, all sales are final and non-refundable once credits are added to your account or used. We provide free trial credits so you can evaluate the service prior to purchasing.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bootyhub does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Bootyhub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or generated content.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms of Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
